Abstract

The convergence of regulatory complexity, technological advancement, and data-driven decision-making has catalyzed the emergence of Regulatory Technology (RegTech) as a transformative paradigm in compliance management. This paper presents a comprehensive examination of RegTech architectures designed to enable intelligent compliance and risk analytics through the integration of legal frameworks, information systems, and data analytics capabilities. Drawing upon interdisciplinary perspectives from law, information systems, and data science, the research synthesizes existing frameworks to propose a conceptual architecture that addresses the fragmentation inherent in traditional compliance approaches.
